Ordering Process

Once you've decided you want to work with me, there is a basic process we'll follow:

• For "Edit Your Footage" Videos -
  • You'll need to view your videos and jot down notes with VCR times and brief descriptions of the parts you want to include, with any other instructions you think I might find helpful
  • You will mail the tapes and instructions to me
  • If you want to include photos, you can upload digital photos in my online dropbox or mail printed photos and slides to me
  • Once I receive your materials, I will go through it and then contact you if I have any questions
  • I will give you an estimate of when I can complete the project and once we agree, you'll sign a contract and send it back to me, and then I'll get to work!
  • Once it's done, I'll create an online version for you to preview.
  • I will do re-edits one time without an additional charge (assuming that your deadline is not too close). Re-edits beyond one time will cost additional $ and may delay the completion of your video.
  • I will then make the DVD(s) and mail them to you.

 

 

• For Memory Books or Videos -
  • Pick your photos
  • Number the pictures in the order you wish for them to appear. Usually this will be chronological, but it's up to you. For digital photos, name each file while the number you've assigned to it. For print pictures, use post-its to write the photo number on and attach to the back of the photo.
  • Upload digital photos in my online dropbox or mail printed photos and slides to me.
  • Provide or specify music.
  • Once I receive your materials, I will go through it and then contact you if I have any questions
  • I will give you an estimate of when I can complete the project and once we agree, you'll sign a contract and send it back to me, and then I'll get to work!
  • For videos, I'll create an online version for you to preview. There is no preview for books at this time.
